I build WooCommerce stores and take over existing ones to fix a problem or add a feature. This might involve a shipping rule, the checkout journey, post-purchase emails or a connection to another tool. I favour native WooCommerce mechanisms and maintainable code.

Investigating an order issue

When a problem appears after an update or a new plugin, I identify its source and the steps affected before proposing a fix. The payment page, order statuses, emails and integrations have different constraints: the work needs to be defined around the requirement.
