Your contact enquiries
The form sends your name, email, type of request, message and website URL, if provided, so I can receive your enquiry, respond, discuss the project and provide the necessary follow-up. It does not subscribe anyone to a newsletter or create a marketing profile.
Your enquiry is sent to me by email so I can reply. Messages are not saved as contacts in the WordPress database.
Retention
Information submitted through the contact form is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange relating to the enquiry, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Technical operation
The form uses a security token and a temporary limit on attempts. A technical fingerprint of the request’s origin is used for ten minutes to limit abuse, then removed by WordPress temporary data clean-up, without retaining the raw IP address in this mechanism.
A temporary technical cookie may display the submission result when JavaScript is unavailable. It expires after two minutes or is deleted on return to the website.
A temporary technical receipt prevents the same enquiry from being processed twice: a random identifier, verification fingerprint and processing status, without a name, email or message content. It expires after one day; WordPress scheduled clean-up removes it.
The hosting provider may generate technical logs to keep the website running and secure. How these logs are managed depends on the provider.
Audience measurement and cookies
Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures visits, pages viewed and contact actions only with your consent. Refusing does not limit access to the website or form. The “Cookies” button lets you change your choice on every page. Advertising features are disabled.
Your choice is stored for 180 days in this browser, without renewal on each visit. A new choice renews this period. After acceptance, navigation context is retained during the session, expiring thirty minutes after the last navigation: landing page, last commercial page viewed, CTA clicked and known source. This information does not prove that a page caused an enquiry. No name, email, phone number or form content is sent to Google.
Measurement uses pseudonymous browser identifiers, pages viewed, technical browser information and the events described above. It is not anonymous measurement. Google also receives network information when its service loads. Analytics cookies are set to expire after six months. The browser identification cookie is not extended on each visit; the session-state cookie may be renewed with each activity. This renewal does not extend your consent choice. Event and user data retention is set to two months, without resetting on each activity. Aggregated reports may follow different retention rules.
A random confirmation identifier prevents the same enquiry from being counted repeatedly. Identifiers already counted expire after one day in the browser. No prospect database is created.
The service is provided by Google; its processing may involve transfers outside the European Union. Read Google’s privacy policy. Analytics cookies are deleted when consent is withdrawn on this website. Withdrawal stops new measurement; it does not automatically delete data already sent.
Any WordPress authentication cookies relate to administrator access. Some interface preferences are stored locally in the browser.
